Payment Policies
• For first time clients, YOGA SESSIONS must be paid in full, one week prior to the first day of classes- unless we have negotiated another payment date.
• During the course of your yoga session, 48 hours notice is required to reschedule a lesson without charge. Yoga in the Workplace is not responsible for making up lessons canceled due to meetings, illness or weather conditions with less than 48 hours notice.
• Once a yoga session has been booked, 48 hours notice is required to cancel a session. If you fail to meet the 48 hour deadline, a $100 processing fee will be charged.
• YOGA WORKSHOPS must be paid in full, one week prior to the workshop date- unless otherwise stated.
• In the event that you need to cancel a workshop, 48 hours notice is required to reschedule without a fee. If you fail to meet the 48 hour deadline, a $100 processing fee will be charged.
Please note that fees are reviewed each year, to be implemented at the beginning of January. If any adjustments need to be made, you will be given two month's notice.
