At Admiral we are proud to have been offering weekly yoga sessions to our employees for over a year and the program is an integral part of our health and wellness initiatives, not to mention a huge hit with our staff. Yoga in the Workplace provides our employees with a welcoming and convenient space for our staff to unwind and let go of any stress that may have built up during the work week. Participants in our mid-day yoga class say they return to their desks refreshed, report having more energy and focus and the exercise is beneficial in alleviating some of the physical strain from sitting all day.
